I help women just like you recover their inner glow and yes, feel hot again, by transforming their relationship with health from the inside out. My clients move from feeling confused, uninspired and frustrated, sick of trading pleasure for health, to clear, confident and bursting with ideas to stay lit up and vibrant, no matter what.

My approach is simple

I turn confusion into clarity, restriction into freedom, and frustration into something that feels a lot more like living naturally.

With so much conflicting information about health out there, it's hard to know where to even start. I know because I've been there.

My own struggles came from ignoring everything my body was trying to tell me, while living a fast paced, work hard play hard lifestyle. When life literally stopped me in my tracks I had no choice but to face what I'd been avoiding, serious digestive issues and completely depleted energy. With no help from the doctors I decided to find my own answers. Little by little I learned to listen to myself, and discovered a path in natural health that just made sense.

The next, I was sprawled on the pavement with a broken leg, surrounded by angry cyclists, and wondering how my life had spun so dramatically off course. That embarrassing Sunday morning collision didn't just shatter my leg – it shattered the illusion that I was living my best life.
